Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Ashfall: Seven Rebirths (the “Game”), operated by Zmenix, handles information on the website and in the Android app.
Game progress
Your active run, settings, and best-run records are stored locally on your device. We do not require an account and we do not receive this save data. You can remove it by clearing the website’s storage or clearing/uninstalling the Android app.
Advertising in the Android app
The Android app uses Google Mobile Ads to show a limited interstitial only after eligible run endings. Google’s advertising software may automatically collect and share an IP address (which can estimate general location), app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit.
Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform presents consent and privacy choices before ads are requested. Available privacy choices can also be reopened from the Game’s pause menu. Google may act as an independent controller for some advertising data; review Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
Website
The website does not use accounts, analytics, marketing cookies, or a server-side game database. Standard hosting security logs may temporarily include an IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and error details. These logs are used for security and reliability.
Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13. The intended Google Play audience is age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. Information handled by Google Mobile Ads is shared with Google for the advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes described above. We may disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect users, the Game, or our rights.
Retention and security
Local progress remains until you erase it or uninstall/clear the Game. Hosting security logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and operations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You can decline or change eligible advertising consent in the Android app’s Privacy Choices screen, reset or delete your device advertising ID in Android settings, and erase local Game data at any time. Because we do not operate player accounts, there is no remote account record to delete.
Changes
We may update this policy when the Game or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version.
